Biointelect Venturer Workshops
Biointelect's one-day Venturer workshops were run on the 8th March 2022 and 16th February 2023. The one-day workshop provided an understanding of available funding models and investment environments to ensure biotech and medtech entrepreneurs are partner and investor ready. Learn more here.
Previous Courses
Launched in 2018, Adelaide Biodesign has facilitated two successful Biodesign courses. Participants formed multidisciplinary teams and over twenty weeks, worked together to innovate and create their own novel solutions for unmet medical needs. Adelaide Biodesign incorporated the highly successful eChallenge as well as mentoring from the ThincLab incubator thanks to generous support from the University of Adelaide and Flinders University.
2019 Outcomes

2019 team, LegIt, won the Medical Innovations category in the 2019 Australian eChallenge, including a $10,000 prize.

LegIt was also awarded the "Day at Microsoft" prize and ThincLab award

PDTech was invited to speak at the Accelerating Australia National Conference in November 2018 and the Accelerating Australia Showcase event in Sydney in September 2019
